Bacchanalia

My dear sweet dad took me to Bacchanalia for my birthday.  The food was fantastic!  Not my dad's forte but he put up with it for me.  The oysters in champagne with pears was divine.  The pinot with the duck matched perfectly.  And my burratta just made me happy.

Wonder came for a visit

My friend traveled to Atlanta to visit me for my birthday.  We had a weekend of food and fun...

We started Saturday off with Jason and brunch @ The General Muir--YUM!

Fish & Potatoes (lox & latkes w/ arugula and apples and sour cream)

Followed by beer tasting at the Red Brick Brewery.

And yes, that is my diet coke in the middle.

And then on to The Porter.  I loved the decor and that they offer more than beer.

Two Urban Licks

I had a delicious night out with one of my favorite people.  Smoked salmon chips, pear and mozzarella salad, and scallops with gouda grits--YUM!  Fantastic food, stellar conversation, and a grilled artichoke for dessert? Yes please and thank you very much.
