Yonah Mountain
Z and I drove 90 miles north to check in on my parents' house on Mt. Yonah. We took all 3 dogs who thought it was the greatest adventure ever!
The house is still standing but I wasn't. I slipped on the silt and leaves covering the stairs and went down on my a**. A little bruised but I survived.
There is no internet, tv, or radio (the satellite radio in the car gave up on the way) up there so we snuggled and read books.

Buying online
I'm always a fan of finding good deals online (who isn't?!?) but sometime it can backfire. We ordered 4 beautiful outdoor Adirondack chairs. And they arrived in HUGE boxes. Boxes full of slats of wood. We forgot to read the small print that we would have to stain, seal, and put them together... By the fourth, I could build one in a half an hour...
