Bye bye Utah

So the rain wasn't as bad as predicted but still prevented my detour to Moab.  Routes 12 and 24 through Utah are spectacular--there is a reason it's called a "scenic route".  I loved the varied colors in the rock that are so drastically different and yet right next to each other.

What a way to start the day

There is water out here

And then I hit the main highway and the scenery disappeared.

Random corvette hating Porsches driving through CO (I know they were haters because they each supported a bumper sticker saying so).

And a town? pit stop?  I'm sure we can come up with some kind of name...
