I went, killed the beast, and might have mentioned spending the savings on a exterminator. This is a wolf spider. According to the internet, their size is .04-1.18". I'm guessing mine was 1.10".

EEEEK!
I was on the phone with my car insurance (got it cut in half by moving to GA by the way) and had to utter this sentence, "Let me put you on hold while I go kill this gigantic spider that is crawling across my bedroom floor."
I went, killed the beast, and might have mentioned spending the savings on a exterminator. This is a wolf spider. According to the internet, their size is .04-1.18". I'm guessing mine was 1.10".
